What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and username. When you set up your profile, we also collect your role (setter, closer, or both), availability, timezone, bio, and Calendly URL if you choose to add one.

We collect messages you send to other members through the platform. We also collect push notification subscription tokens if you enable notifications.

How we use it

Your profile information is used to display your listing in the member directory and on your public profile page. Your email is used to send account-related emails (welcome, password reset, occasional product updates). We do not sell your data to anyone.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate the platform:

• Supabase - database and authentication
• Vercel - hosting
• Resend - transactional and drip emails
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging - delivering push notifications to the mobile apps (only if you enable notifications)
• Calendly - booking integration (only if you connect your account)

Your data

You can edit your profile information at any time from your profile settings. To permanently delete your account, open Edit Profile and use Delete Account at the bottom of the page. It asks you to confirm by typing your username, then removes your profile, your messages and your account immediately. Deletion cannot be undone.
