Using RoleplayNow

RoleplayNow is a directory where sales professionals find each other and arrange live practice calls. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older, that you are using the platform for professional sales practice, and that the information on your profile is accurate.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on RoleplayNow. Content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, discriminatory, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable is not permitted anywhere on the platform, including profiles, bios, usernames and direct messages.

We remove reported content and terminate the accounts responsible for it, normally within 24 hours of a report. Serious breaches are removed without warning. This applies to every member equally.

What is not allowed

• Harassment, threats, intimidation, or stalking of another member
• Hateful or discriminatory content of any kind
• Sexually explicit content, solicitation, or unwanted advances
• Spam, unsolicited advertising, recruiting, or pitching a product instead of roleplaying
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your experience
• Sharing another member's contact details, meeting links, or messages without their consent
• Illegal activity, or any attempt to interfere with the platform or with another member's account

Reporting and blocking

Every member profile carries a "Flag an issue" control for reporting that member, and a "Block" control. Blocking is enforced on our servers rather than in the app, so it takes effect immediately and stops messages in both directions.

Reports are read by a person and acted on, normally within 24 hours. To report something urgently, email contact[at]roleplaynow.io.

Sessions happen off the platform

RoleplayNow helps you find a practice partner and agree on a time. The roleplay itself takes place on Zoom, Google Meet, or whichever tool you and your partner choose. We are not present in those sessions and are not responsible for what happens in them. Treat other members professionally, and share only what you are comfortable sharing.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password private. You can edit your profile at any time, and you can permanently delete your account from Edit Profile, at the bottom of the page. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms, without notice where the breach is serious.

The service itself

RoleplayNow is free to use and is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or discontinue features. We do not verify members' credentials or the accuracy of their profiles, so use your own judgment about who you practice with.
